Must-see Moment: She's hilarious and beautiful putting up with the equally hilarious Paul Rudd in 'I Love You Man'.

Must-see Moment:  Starred as a dead girl in Rian Johnson's brilliant 'Brick' (2005), but tugs at the heartstrings just right as pregnant castaway Claire in Lost.  I shouted 'you idiot!' at my TV when Charlie's drug problems caused their relationship to crash and burn....
